Food and beverages may be enjoyed within each room, however the Seminar Room and the Foyer are best suited to this purpose.

Guests of The Centre are welcome to bring their own refreshments or employ professional catering.

Alf's Cafe, located within the Alfred Hospital, can provide a wide assortment of snacks, meals and refreshments, though any firm may be used. It is important, however, when using other firms, that a contact person is present to meet and advise staff as they arrive. Food may not be cooked on the premises.

Please instruct caterers to pick up equipment no later than a meeting's scheduled conclusion. Note that Alf's Cafe closes at 8:00pm; equipment must be retrieved no later than this time.
