Online
access to the schedule is available to staff of The Education Centre's
partners: Bayside Health, Baker IDI, The Burnet Institute, and the
Monash Central Clinical School / School of Public Health (Alfred
Campus).
Resource Scheduler, the software
used to make bookings at The Centre, may be accessed over the intranet
on a read-only basis. This means that the schedule may be viewed
in order to find suitable dates for meetings, but that requests
for bookings must be directed to The
Coordinator.

Notes for
Existing Users
When making a booking, your name
and the date of creation are recorded. However, if the booking is
for someone else, please insert their details [name, department,
position, phone, e-mail] in the Description box of the Reservation
Details page.
Please select your department's code
from the "Color" tab:
BAK - Baker
BUR - Burnet
MON - Monash Central Clinical School
SPH - Monash School of Public Health
AH - Alfred Hospital
Direct any special requests to The
Coordinator.
Please adhere to the standard
operating hours of the Centre during weekdays. If you require
an earlier start time, please contact The
Coordinator.
