Booked Period

  • If time is required to set up and reset a room, this must be included in the booked period.

Room Allocation

  • To avoid scheduling conflicts, the originally booked room may be altered to another of equal or superior attributes. Therefore, please check the printed schedules to confirm room allocation.

Access

  • Rooms cannot be accessed before the booked period. If the scheduled period is exceeded, occupants may be asked to leave.
  • Rooms should be unlocked for the commencement of all scheduled events.

Furniture

  • If furniture is added or moved, it must be returned to its original location / configuration before the end of the booked period.

Rubbish

  • All rubbish and leftover food must be disposed of.
  • Bins are located in The Seminar Room, the east-west corridor, and the north and south foyers.
  • Arrangements must be made for catering equipment to be removed from the Centre no later than the scheduled conclusion of a meeting. Catering supplied by Alf's Cafe must be picked up by 7:30pm.

Cancellations:

AMREP Partner

  • 24 hours notice is required.
  • Without such notice, unattended meetings held outside the Standard Operating Hours will result in the department of the staff member who placed the booking being made liable for the full hire fee.

    External Users

  • 24 hours notice is required.
  • Without such notice, the booking party is liable for the full quoted fee.
