Monash partners Academic Health Science Centre: Successful themes announced

The Steering Committee of Monash Partners AHSC have identified seven Themes in the first wave of development of the Academic Health Science Centre (AHSC).
 
The newly endorsed themes are:
  • Integrated Program in Cancer and Blood Diseases (contact person: Prof Neil Watkins)
  • Cardiovascular: innovation, intervention, imaging and care (contact person: Prof Ian Meredith)
  • Critical Care, Trauma and Perioperative Medicine (contact person: Prof Jamie Cooper)
  • Infection and Inflammation (contact person: Prof Sharon Lewin)
  • Neuroscience and Mental Health (contact person: Prof David Clarke)
  • Women's, Children's and Reproductive Health (contact person: Prof Euan Wallace)
  • Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolic Health
The next steps will be the identification of the Theme and Discipline Leaders so that the AHSC Executive Committee can be formed.
